We work with wide range of business clients from solopreneurs working from a home office to small businesses of up to about 15 users.

The varying trades and occupations of our business customer base allow us a greater knowledge of the needs that affect all businesses, such as reliability and security, as well as a clearer understanding of the needs which are more relevant to particular professions.

One of the first questions we ask, is “have you restarted the computer?”

A restart has a different effect on the computer than shutting down and will clear about 95% of day-to-day issues!

If after a restart, the problem is not resolved, then that is where we come in.

How it works

One message or call, and we arrange a time that suits you. We connect remotely via screen-sharing, diagnose the issue, and fix it while you watch. Most problems are resolved in under an hour.

You get plain-English explanations, no up selling, and a clear bill at the end. If the fix takes 20 minutes, you pay for 20. If it takes 47, you pay for 47.

The Cost …

£60 per hour, plus VAT — billed by the minute. No contracts, no retainers, no hidden fees.

  • 20 minutes = £20 + VAT (£24.00)

  • 37 minutes = £37 + VAT (£44.40)

  • 60 minutes = £60 + VAT (£72.00)

An hour session works well for multiple issues or planning discussions. Smaller problems take less time, and you pay accordingly.
